Based on experience in competency-based training, vision, passion and a pathway are described as the key elements resulting in disciples who make disciples. A cultural shift from the individual to intentional communal mentoring in the church facilitates the process.
Mark spent 14 years serving a Muslim people group in evangelism and discipleship. He currently works in intercultural leadership development with an emphasis on disciple making and is on an editorial team to develop lessons for a DMM. He holds a DTh in Missiology.
