We discuss the rewards and challenges of ministry, and how cross-cultural workers can acknowledge the symptoms and avoid burnout and depletion, while helping others with intense need. Presenting practical suggestions for coping and resilient survival for both the care-giver and care-receiver.

Speakers' Biographies:
Dr. Naji Abi-Hashem is Lebanese-American clinical & cultural psychologist, ordained minister, author, and visiting professor. He’s involved in training, counseling, teaching, and working with pastors, missionaries, orphanages, and refugees. He divides his time between the USA & Beirut, Lebanon.
